The public informational meeting for Project Blue in Tucsonis scheduled for:

This session will include presentations from the Project Blue development team, Tucson Electric Power, and Tucson Water, and it’ll also be streamed via the City of Tucson’s YouTube channel.
Following that, the Tucson City Council will hold a formal study session on the project — including annexation and the development agreement — on August 6, 2025, but there’s no vote scheduled at that meeting.
Then, a public hearing (where a vote may occur) is expected at the August 19 Council meeting
