Lucinda Smedley, publisher/editor of TREND Report, has over a decade of experience in market and consumer research in the real estate industry. She is currently principal of Real Estate Consulting Group, working with companies in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to launching RECG, she was Director of Strategic Marketing for Pulte Homes/Del Webb in Tucson, where she played a key role in R & D for major master-planned communities in Southern Arizona. Lucinda began her career in real estate as a research analyst with The Meyers Group (now Hanley Wood Market Intelligence).
