Membership is required to attend ANY additional meetings.\nIf a PCRERC member is unable to attend the meeting\, a member of her/his organization may be substituted.\n\nPresenters: \nAmy McReynolds\,\nDivision President\, KB Home\nAmy McReynolds is currently the Division President of KB Home Tucson.  A Tucson area native and University of Arizona Eller Graduate\, Amy has been in homebuilding over 30 years.  This includes leadership roles in sales\, marketing and operations in the Tucson\, Phoenix\, Southern California\, and New Mexico markets.  She has experience creating 25 lot communities to over 4000 lot communities that are family all ages communities\, active adult communities and lifestyle communities.  Homebuilding plays a vital role in any market and Amy’s career choice stemmed from the opportunity to be a part of the American Dream of homeownership\, to enhance communities\, and create neighborhoods where memories are made.  Amy has been married for 28 years and has two children. \nAnjela Salyer\,\nPresident\, Mattamy Homes Tucson Division\nAnjela Salyer is the President of Mattamy Homes’ Tucson Division and is responsible for leading all aspects of Mattamy’s homebuilding lifecycle from land acquisition to home closing in the Tucson market. Under her leadership and direction\, Mattamy’s Tucson Division increased its closings by 182% in just two years\, becoming the sixth largest builder in the market. With much of her career in new home sales\, Anjela has experience in the competitive markets of Los Angeles and Phoenix real estate and was the second employee hired when Mattamy expanded into Tucson in 2014. Based on her impressive track record\, Anjela was named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 rising stars in the homebuilding industry across the United States by Professional Builder magazine in 2020. \nBriana Rader\nDirector of Land Acquisition\, Mattamy Tucson\nBriana Rader is Director of Land Acquisition for Mattamy Tucson where she has continued to grow the company’s Tucson footprint through management of acquisition\, entitlement\, engineering\, platting and project management of potential and future communities.  She is a key industry stakeholder in the greater Tucson region as she has acquired\, entitled and managed thousands of lots in Southern Arizona since coming ‘back home’ to Tucson in 2014. Briana is a proud native Tucsonan and fifth-generation Southern Arizonan and Arizona Wildcat\, with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance from Grand Canyon University.  In her ‘free time’ she enjoys spending time with her husband (Rob) and children (Mikey and Mollee)\, acting as their personal shuttle to sport and school events. \nDavid Godlewski\,\nPresident\, Southern Arizona Home Builders Association\nPresident & CEO\, Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA). David has been with SAHBA since 2008. He has been the Association’s president since April 2011. In that position he oversees the day-to-day operations for the association. Prior to assuming the role as\, he was the association’s Government Liaison and responsible for managing the association’s political and policy efforts. David is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Tucson Regional Water Coalition\, he is a Member of the DM50\, the Pima County Housing Commission and the City of Tucson Economic & Workforce Development Selection Committee. Prior to joining SAHBA\, David worked for the Sterling Corporation one of Michigan’s premier political and issue management consulting firms. There\, David specialized in managing political initiatives for trade associations and corporations. \nKevin Kaplan\,\nChief Operating Officer\, Long Realty Company\nKevin Kaplan is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Long Realty Company\, southern Arizona’s leading real estate company and a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
