The district is proposing an increase in secondary property taxes of $1\,362\,779\, or 4.60%. \nFor example\, the proposed tax increase will cause the Flood Control District’s secondary property taxes on a $100\,000 home to be $32.53 (total proposed taxes including the tax increase). Without the proposed tax increase\, the total taxes owed on a $100\,000 home would have been $31.10. \nIn compliance with Section 48-254\, Arizona Revised Statutes\, the Pima County Free Library District is notifying its property taxpayers of its intention to raise secondary property taxes over last year’s level. The district is proposing an increase in secondary property taxes of $2\,414\,760\, or 4.37%. \nFor example\, the proposed tax increase will cause the Library District’s secondary property taxes on a $100\,000 home to be $54.93 (total proposed taxes including the tax increase). Without the proposed tax increase\, the total taxes owed on a $100\,000 home would have been $52.63. \nIn compliance with Section42-17107\, Arizona Revised Statutes\, Pima County is notifying its property taxpayers of its intention to raise primary property taxes over last year’s level. Pima County is proposing an increase in primary property taxes of $28\,252\,685\, or 7.19%. \nFor example\, the proposed tax increase will cause Pima County’s primary property taxes on a $100\,000 home to be $401.02(total proposed taxes including the tax increase).
