ULI Arizona WLI Part 2: A Development Story, the Integral Players, and their Roles

The ULI Arizona Women’s Leadership Initiative is pleased to host this two-part educational series highlighting the critical roles involved in real estate to better understand the technical skills and scope necessary for the myriad of players that are integral throughout the lifecycle of the development process. 

Both interactive educational sessions will feature the perspectives of women leaders in panel discussions to expand knowledge of the unique roles involved in creating successful development projects and will include a round robin style Q&A with each panelist and networking opportunities to grow industry connections.  You can register for one or both programs and they are open to all members of ULI, guests and interested prospective members. Students are encouraged to attend for free.  4 total AIA/AICP credits available (2 for each program). 

Format:  1-hour moderated panel; 15-minute networking break; 45-minute intimate round robin interactive tables hosted by the panelists.

Part 2: The Execution – Panelists will include Capital, Design/Architecture, Construction, and Tenant/Brokerage
